We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling a customer organization’s successful transition to the ILIAS software suite.

Your mission

In this position, you will:

• Leverage your deep expertise in military logistics, aviation capabilities, and operational processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through the implementation and optimization of ILIAS software.
• Ensure seamless integration of logistics and aviation operations into a modern, digital environment.
• Empower customers to achieve operational excellence, readiness, and efficiency

Your capabilities

• Provide strategic consulting on military aviation logistics and operations.
• Support the transition planning, execution, and adoption of ILIAS software.
• Collaborate with international teams, bridging technical solutions with operational needs.
• Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to customer personnel.
• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, compliance, and mission readiness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive background in military logistics and aviation operations.
• Proven experience as a consultant or SME in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics information systems and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to take on an international assignment with significant responsibility.
