We are seeking a highly experienced
Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling a customer organization’s successful transition to the ILIAS software suite.
Your mission
In this position, you will:
- Leverage your deep expertise in military logistics, aviation capabilities, and operational processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through the implementation and optimization of ILIAS software.
- Ensure seamless integration of logistics and aviation operations into a modern, digital environment.
- Empower customers to achieve operational excellence, readiness, and efficiency
Your capabilities

- Provide strategic consulting on military aviation logistics and operations.
- Support the transition planning, execution, and adoption of ILIAS software.
- Collaborate with international teams, bridging technical solutions with operational needs.
- Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to customer personnel.
- Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, compliance, and mission readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive background in military logistics and aviation operations.
- Proven experience as a consultant or SME in complex, multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics information systems and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to take on an international assignment with significant responsibility.
