Your mission
- Support recruiting processes: from interview coordination to candidate communication and employer branding.
- Prepare internal communications and HR-related documentation.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects around topics like feedback, development, and culture.
- Keep our HR systems and employee records up to date.
- Conduct research on current Organization trends, tools, and best practices and share your ideas with the team.
Your profile
- You’re currently studying business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
- You’re proactive, structured, and not afraid to ask "why".
- You care about people and want to create positive, inclusive experiences.
- You enjoy organizing, communicating, and improving how things are done.
- You’re fluent in English and German.
