Safety Driver Trainer (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• Conduct training sessions, driving exercises, and theoretical lessons as part of the autonomous safety driver course
• Focus on training elements that enable trainees to safely handle vehicle and system dynamics, implement appropriate intervention strategies, and adhere to safety protocols
• Create and maintain suitable training track set up and driving challenges for trainees based on training level and experience  
• Coach and assess Safety Drivers and test engineers during real-world and test track operations
• Document training progress, conduct feedback sessions, and continuously improve training methodologies
• Support the selection and onboarding of new Safety Drivers

Your profile

• Valid Class C1 driver’s license without restrictions
• Several years of driving experience, ideally in a professional environment or in the field of automated driving
• Experience in training, instruction, or coaching of drivers is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• German and English fluently spoken and written
