A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU

• Developing and designing hydropower plants
• Preparing feasibility studies, technical reports, engineering drawings, , cost estimates, specifications, and project documentation
• Provision of technical expertise for studies, design, tendering and implementation of hydropower projects
• Provide technical support during bidding, procurement, and construction phases
• Conduct site visits and work closely with field teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure the quality of design tasks and deliverables by adhering to established quality procedures
• Overall project management and project execution
• Support the business development in hydropower (from elaboration of technical and financial proposals to contract negotiations and contract signature)
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders regarding project status and progress
• Promote a positive work environment and contribute to professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

• Master’s degree in hydropower engineering or a related field
• Proven professional experience in studies and implementation of hydropower consultancy and advisory services
• Experience in the design, layout and development of hydropower plants 
• Ability to easily structure complex problems, and communicate results to clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations 
• Experience with planning and analysis software is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Independent, structured, systematic, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English 
• French language skills are beneficial but not a must
• Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites.

In addition to your technical and commercial skills, you are communicative, responsible, ready to travel abroad, and an advanced user of MS Office. You like to look for innovative solutions, to learn new technologies and to take up challenges.
