Team Leader & Key Account Manager

Your mission

• Full responsibility for contract management within your region (Germany & Nordics) for existing customers
• Identification and development of new business opportunities within your area of responsibility
• Leading and developing the Key Account Management team
• Building andmaintainingstrong, trust-based relationships with customers andlogisticspartners
• Managing and driving strategically relevant and cross-functional projects
• Connecting commercial activities with operationalexpertisein Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL)
• Taking over operational responsibility whenrequiredto ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing and delivering management presentations and performance reports
• Steering pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and general sales activities
• Ensuring alignment between commercial targets and operational performance
• Extensive travel within Germany and the Nordic Countries as required by the role

Your profile

• University degree in business,logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Automotive Logistics
• Strong understanding of Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) operations
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to take over team responsibility
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong presentation skills and confidence when interacting with management and customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability toidentifyand develop growth opportunities
• High willingness to travel
