Your mission
We are looking for a strategically minded and operationally strong individual to join us as
Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region, who will contribute to both acquiring new customers and developing existing customer relationships. This role is aimed at B2B marketing professionals with solid experience in German-speaking markets and a proven track record in managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate leads, pipeline and revenue.
As Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning and implementing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns – with a particular focus on
upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our DACH sales team to optimally align target audiences, priorities and messaging, and to reach the right accounts at the right time.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and expand business (upsell/cross-sell) in the DACH region
- Developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes in close collaboration with the sales team
- Creation of localised campaign strategies and messaging tailored to the target audiences, industries and purchasing behaviour in the DACH region
- Responsibility for the entire campaign process: briefing, asset coordination, scheduling, execution and reporting
- Use of tools such as 6sense, Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for targeting audiences, campaign orchestration and performance analysis
- Close coordination with teams for content, paid media, events and digital marketing to ensure cross-channel implementation
- Measuring campaign success using relevant KPIs such as engagement, leads, pipeline contribution and revenue
- Acting as a sparring partner for the sales team, providing insights and supporting materials
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in campaign planning and ABM
- Excellent knowledge of the DACH market and experience in targeting specific audiences
- Successful implementation of demand generation campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding business
- Experience in sales-oriented collaboration with a focus on pipeline and revenue targets
- Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
- Native German speaker or business fluent, with very good English skills
- Proficient in using tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, as well as project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
- Experience in the SaaS environment, business process management or enterprise software
- Knowledge of adapting global campaign strategies for the DACH market
- Understanding of B2B buying journeys and persona-specific engagement tactics
