Technical Documentation Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of raw material samples in accordance with internal quality requirements
• Monitoring of timely sample testing
• Obtaining technical and legal documentation for raw materials
• Analysis and evaluation of incoming raw material data
• Verification of completeness, plausibility, and legal compliance
• Assessment regarding product and country regulations
• Maintenance of all data and assessments in the IT system
• Procurement and updating of quality-related supplier documents (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, etc.)
• Support in the preparation of customer documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food technology/science, food chemistry, nutrition science, packaging technology, or a similar science-related field
• Understanding of and interest in food regulations and technical aspects
• Analytical skills and confidence in working with data
• Reliable, structured approach to work
