Technical / Commercial Clerk (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of the group email inbox and prioritization of incoming inquiries
• Commercial and technical clarification of customer orders
• Preparation of cost calculations and quotations
• Scheduling of spare parts and organization of refurbishments
• Support and administration of DGS service contracts
• Booking and documentation of goods movements
• Processing of repair reports and coordination of assembly assignments
• Ensuring all relevant quality assurance measures
• Complete handling of procurement and ordering processes, including invoice processing
• Scheduling and monitoring of ongoing operations

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician, master craftsman, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong technical and commercial understanding
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SAP PP, MM, WM, and CS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of planning and control processes; REFA knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
