Responsibilities:

• Management or shift responsibility for the production area
• Further development of standards and their instructions
• Responsibility for the achievement of the shift KPI's
• Sustainable quality improvement of our products through detailed production analysis and solution-oriented improvement
• measures to improve productivity
• Execution of cockpit meetings
• Compliance with escalation processes
• Training and instruction on the store floor
• Staff scheduling according to production plan
• Initiation and implementation of problem solutions
• Daily coordination in the CCC meeting with the support functions

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the technical field
• Knowledge of vulcanization and assembly processes, occupational safety and systematic problem solving
• Management responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts
• Strong team and communication skills
• Assertiveness
• Written and spoken German, English an advantage
• MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Familiarity with MES systems
