Responsibilities:Have you already gained some experience in strategic planning or management consulting and would like to apply your analytical skills in an international industrial setting to help shape key management decisions? At Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, we offer you the opportunity to advise global business units, conduct precise analyses of market and competitive dynamics, and influence management decisions with clear, data-driven insights.
As a strategic sparring partner, you will support business units in developing and implementing sustainable growth and competitive strategies
You will conduct market (segment) analyses, competitive analyses, and exploratory analyses, and use these to derive clear, actionable recommendations
You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities—from market entry strategies and market strategies to portfolio and innovation initiatives
You will lead selected strategic initiatives and special projects, for example in the areas of M&A, new business development, or commercial excellence
Using your expertise, you support the optimization of sales strategies through data-driven analyses and the use of modern tools
You prepare complex issues in a management-friendly format and present your results persuasively at various decision-making levels
You hold a master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus
You have initial experience in strategy consulting and market research—and have already successfully implemented your concepts
Project management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengths
You are highly proficient in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
You are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and Copilot
You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mind
You are fluent in German and English (both C1 level)
