(Senior) Manager Corporate Audit with Artificial Intelligence focus (m/f/d)

Join Fresenius Corporate Audit – the talent powerhouse and digital competence center at the heart of our global healthcare group. In this role, you'll apply AI technologies to enhance our internal audit processes and assess AI solutions used across our core businesses, Fresenius Kabi (pharmaceuticals and medical devices) and Helios (Europe’s largest private hospital operator). Your work will drive strategic decisions, improve operations and governance, and ensure responsible use of AI across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• You support audit innovation: Translate audit objectives into AI-driven procedures that deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics

• You enhance audit processes with AI: Apply machine learning and intelligent automation to improve risk identification, provide value-adding recommendations and write focused, and focused and comprehensible audit reports.

• You evaluate AI systems: Analyze and assess AI applications across the Fresenius Group to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

• You analyze intelligently: Use machine learning algorithms to detect patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in SAP and other enterprise data.

What you bring

• A master’s degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing with a strong focus on AI applications, intelligent systems and data-driven technologies.

• Proven experience with AI model interaction and training, including prompt engineering for large language models and generative AI systems.

• Deep understanding of internal audit methodologies, audit report writing and the ability to communicate AI-driven insights effectively.

• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and communicate findings clearly

• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills and a curious, open-minded approach to problem-solving

• Fluency in English, German is a plus
