• Location: Munich, Germany
• Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
• Salary Range: € 88.000 - 130.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
• Working mode: In office
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic tech initiatives from ideation through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and tech heads
• Work closely with our CTO on planning, resource allocation, goal setting, deliverable definition for multiple concurrent activities, program management and initiative implementation
• Review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skill gaps in the teams and actively help address them
• Improve and create new processes where necessary and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized effectiveness, excellence and speed of delivery
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders across Flexa, Enpal and Entrix
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, build and develop relationships with all employees for increased effectiveness and responsiveness in development, delivery and operations, work with the CTO and executives on special projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management within a technical-innovation-focused organization (Software or Data Science)
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related tech field
• 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience, ideally in a Software or Data Science development environment 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences across technical and business domains
• Demonstrated leadership experience, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals (3+ years)
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of technology and business processes and their alignment with organizational objectives
• Ability to identify and track complex dependencies across multiple internal and external teams

• Echelon Corporation: Spent six years driving innovation in grid modernization and smart metering, from product management to development leadership.
• Hewlett Packard: Before diving into energy, I spent over a decade refining enterprise software solutions.
  
  

Having spent most of my career in Silicon Valley, I bring a mindset that’s all about pushing boundaries, moving fast, and creating meaningful impact. Now based in Munich, I apply that same energy to building teams and driving innovation here in Europe.
