We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic (Junior) Purchasing Manager (all genders) to join our Category & Purchasing Department. Our team ensures that we have the best in class products to offer our customers in our web-shop and app. If you have a passion for beauty products and want to develop your negotiation and stakeholder management skills, then we’d love to hear from you!

Your role

1. Support in operational supplier management tasks within our categories and schedule, plan, hold and follow up on supplier meetings
2. Also, you will keep your portfolio’s performance in check by doing regular analysis of KPIs in close cooperation with our Category Manager and your team lead 
3. Hold annual talks with your suppliers and negotiate; ensuring the best terms & conditions possible
4. Act as interface between supplier and our internal stakeholders, such as the Retail Media, Master Data Management or Supply Chain Management team for inquiries
5. With your interest in beauty, you stay up to date in terms of new brands and trends in the beauty industry and after evaluating their fit to flaconi, you onboard new brands into our webshop & app.

Your Profile

1. You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). First relevant experience working in an E-Commerce environment would be a plus! 
2. Business fluency in German and English with strong stakeholder communication skills 
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of KPIs and enjoy working with numbers 
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. A good understanding of negotiations and initial experience in this area.

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 40,000€ and 51,000€ gross per year for Junior & between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year for mid-level. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
