About the role

We are expanding our Lending Solutions team and looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude. Our responsibilities include answering direct customer requests to our existing lending products, supporting RfI’s and RfP’s, conducting product demos and prepare appropriate solution designs. We are working closely together with the Sales team on joint Go-to-Market activities and with our product team to shape future product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Response to customer requests (including pre-RfI, RfI and RfP)
• Solution design for ongoing client discussions, based on their needs and our existing product portfolio
• Prepare Demo Cases and Demos of our solutions to customers
• Create presentations for our products and specific customer offerings
• Research activities related to customer and markets
• Build-up knowledge of our Lending products over time
• Support Go-to-Market activities for our Lending products
• Interface to the Lending product teams
• Support conceptual and strategical initiatives in the Lending division

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or Finance 
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry (ideally Software, Banking or Consulting) with an exposure to IT e.g., in (IT) strategy/transformation consulting, in-house banking transformation or (IT) program/project management
• Strong analytical skills, including ability of strong quants and business judgement
• Experience in SAP-related banking/finance/data contexts is a plus
• Proactive can-do attitude
• Business fluent in English is a must, German is considered a plus
• Experience in working in interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders such as clients, sales and product team
