Portfolio Manager (f/m/x)

About the Role
As Portfolio Manager (f/m/x), you will focus on our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) venture within Enpal. You will work closely with lenders and senior leadership, and gain hands-on experience in structured finance - all within a dynamic, fast-growing environment where your work directly impacts business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing C&I lease portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and covenant compliance.
• Support monitoring of loan agreements and help implement risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including controlling and cash collection, to maintain reliable financial data.
• Review and validate financial reports under the guidance of senior colleagues, ensuring alignment with investor expectations.
• Gain hands-on exposure to structured finance, SPV structures, and portfolio operations.
• Support reporting to lenders, equity partners, and senior management with clear and concise analyses.
• Contribute to process improvements and development of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
