• Ideally, you have already worked in the energy sector or a related field – for example, in planning, engineering, operations, project development, or consulting.

• Even if your background is different: you bring skills and experience that align with our mission and want to apply them in a forward-looking environment.

• You are passionate about sustainable energy solutions, climate protection, and innovative building concepts – and want to actively contribute to their implementation.
