Working Student (m/w/d) in Hydropower and Water Resources

In the field of hydropower and water resources, we develop and implement international infrastructure projects – from dams and pumped storage plants to complex river systems – and support our clients through all planning and implementation phases.

What you can achieve with us:

• You will support our Planning & Development team in working on exciting projects
• You will be actively involved in topics such as hydraulic and hydrological modelling, risk analyses for droughts and floods, and strategies for water resource and sediment management
• You will participate in the creation of master plans, feasibility studies, detailed plans, and the construction supervision of water management facilities
• You will use GIS and remote sensing tools for data collection and analysis and assist with the integration of AI into engineering workflows
• You will participate in the preparation of project documents, presentations, and documents for internal and external partners and gain insights into international projects

What convinces us:

• You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on hydraulic engineering and technical hydromechanics or a comparable degree program
• You are confident in using MS Office; basic knowledge of GIS, modelling software, or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
• You work in a structured and independent manner, have strong analytical skills, and a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent English skills round off your profile; additional language skills are welcome
