Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortlich für die Qualität der Fertigungsprozesse und die Einhaltung regulatorischer und Airbus-Standards durch proaktives Risikomanagement und reaktive Problemlösung. Leitung und Moderation von FMEA- (PFMEA-)Sitzungen, Identifizierung von Fehlermodi und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung der Risikoprioritätszahl (RPZ). Leitung von 8D/9S-Teams bei kritischen oder wiederkehrenden Fehlern mittels Ursachenanalyse (5-Why-Diagramm, Ishikawa-Diagramm). Erstellung und Pflege der Qualitätsdokumentation, einschließlich Prozessablaufdiagrammen, Kontrollplänen und 8D-Berichten. Management von Qualitätsabweichungen mit Lieferanten, Prüfung ihrer 8D-Berichte und Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeit der Maßnahmen. Proaktive Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Senkung der Qualitätskosten und Verbesserung der Prozessstabilität. Ihr Profil Fundierte Kenntnisse in FMEA, 8D/9S und APQP Core Tools. Vertrautheit mit EN 9100, AS 9100 oder AS 13000. Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie oder im Qualitätswesen. Fließende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Französisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse je nach Standort häufig erforderlich.
