Senior Technical Product Manager - (Logistics - Customer, Time & Tracking)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Seamless team in Logistics on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

You will lead the development of our time estimation AI models and tracking products, which power our diverse portfolio of brands across the world. Your goal is to achieve the ambitious targets with regards to % of orders delivered ‘On time’, improve the accuracy of our vendor preparation time predictions, and provide a delightful tracking experience to our customers. All this while navigating distinct market dynamics which pose a challenge for our data science models’ accuracy, and with a focus on automation and scalability.

• Lead the product: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly and long-term OKRs. 

• Drive innovation and automation: You will champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful results.

• Leverage data: You will delve into data to identify opportunities, collaborate with your stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation and continuously improve our pricing strategies.

• Collaborate & communicate effectively: You will partner closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands will be key.

• Become the subject matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for all things time estimations, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within this critical domain.
