Associate Legal Counsel - Equity

We are on the lookout for an Associate Legal Counsel - Equity (12-months fixed term contract) to join the Capital Markets and Equity Plans team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your work will help mitigate risks and ensure we’re positioned for sustainable, long-term success—making you a key contributor to our mission of delivering amazing experiences worldwide.

In this role you will be part of the Capital Markets & Equity Plans Team and work closely with Employment Law, People & Culture (Total Rewards) and Tax on the equity compensation & share plan related matters. You will help to manage the global employee equity programs from the legal side, including:

• preparing and processing stock options and restricted stock unit awards, exercises and releases of shares on a regular basis for all employees and other option or equity holders;
• supporting the coordination of all global compliance for all programs including regulatory filings and tax reporting;
• tracking the (authorized & contingent) capital utilization of the company;
• preparing presentations or recording training sessions for employees to explain various equity plans offered by the company;
• drafting legal documentation for equity plan administration on a global level; and
• supporting in setting up the stock option exercise windows and the corresponding trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
