Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Contracts & Compliance

Your mission

• You draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as NDAs as well as customer, supplier, and partner agreements.
• You contribute to further developing our contract standards and templates and ensure that our templates are up to date and legally reviewed.
• You help build our contract management system and ensure that contracts are properly documented, easy to find, and tracked in a timely manner.
• You coordinate contract-related alignment with internal stakeholders and reliably follow up on open items.
• You support compliance topics and help ensure that legal requirements across different business areas are kept in mind and implemented.
• You support the legal team in day-to-day business and ensure that requests are captured in a structured way and processed further.
• You research legal topics and prepare your findings so that teams can work with them directly.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business law or law, or you are close to finishing your studies; alternatively, you hold a comparable qualification.
• You have gained initial practical experience in a legal environment, e.g., through internships, a working student position, or a first in-house/law firm placement.
• You bring a solid legal foundation, particularly in contract law or corporate law or in the area of compliance, and you can quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You are interested in legal operations and in working with a contract management system, and you are motivated to help develop it together with the team.
• You communicate clearly and professionally and can prepare legal matters in an understandable way for different stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and thorough manner and keep track of priorities, deadlines, and statuses even when handling multiple topics.
• You have excellent German skills and good English skills.
