Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting market and location analyses
• Assisting in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation methods and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for domestic and international clients
• Supporting the organization and execution of property inspections across Germany and preparing subsequent reports
• Maintaining information databases and regularly assisting in the preparation of pitch presentations and proposals
• Assisting in the creation of valuation reports in both German and English
• Regular communication with team members and cross-departmental colleagues

Your Profile

• Interest in the real estate industry
• A successfully completed degree in Geography, Architecture, Business Administration/Real Estate, or similar fields of study
• Enthusiasm for working with Excel and an affinity for numbers and financial topics
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-reliant and structured working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
