Senior Project Engineer Clean Room HVAC

Your mission

• Advising customers on the technical design & implementation of complex supply systems 
• Technical Building Equipment system planning in the HVAC specialist area 
• Creation of schematic drawings 
• Supporting the CAD designers in implementing the plans in the 3D model 
• Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients  
• Drawing up cost estimates, cost calculations and preparing bills of quantities  
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and experts 
• Ensuring the quality of planning and adherence to deadlines 
• Independent implementation of projects   

Your profile

• Degree in building or energy technology or state-certified HVAC technician or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in the planning of complex TGA systems
• Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and the ability to think “outside the box”
• Solution-oriented, independent way of working combined with good communication skills
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English 
• Customer orientation and reliability
