In this position as a German – English Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries by E-Mail and chat.
 
With the following conditions:  

Full-time | Concentrix Berlin – Andreasstraße 10, 12243 Berlin | Hybrid I Monday - Sunday from 9 am – 6pm | German and English | up to 2.600€ gross/month

What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:  

• You will receive requests via e-mail and chat.
• You will support the customer with inquiries regarding their account, subscriptions, billing and all kinds of products and services.
• Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
• You will work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
• You guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.

Your qualifications 

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

• Have suitable professional experience in customer service.
• Are proficient in German (C1) and English (B2) with excellent writing skills.
• Remain calm in demanding situations.
• Are good at proactive communication.
• Have good computer and technical skills.

Ideally you already have:

• Have knowledge in the Anime and Manga scene.
