What you'll be doing
Analyze key financial areas such as funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet to support informed business decisions
Translate complex financial data into clear insights by building and using Excel-based financial models
Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and management presentations that guide leadership decisions
Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting by developing, maintaining, and populating forecasting models
Work hands-on with company systems and tools, including ERP (Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and other financial applications
Provide practical, data-driven recommendations that help improve business performance and financial outcomes
Perform ad-hoc financial and performance analyses to answer critical business questions
Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports
What we look for
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
Several years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong financial modeling capabilities
Solid understanding of balance sheet and cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality
