YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and position the global product portfolio for products in construction, adhesives and sealants, focusing on profitability, market trends and competitive landscape

• Oversee the full product lifecycle: development, positioning, launch, enhancement, communication, and phase-out

• Identify regional market needs and trends, define optimal market penetration

• Develop strategic pricing models

• Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent qualification

• Extensive professional experience in a technical role within the construction and/or adhesive industries, with a strong focus on additives knowledge and application expertise

• Proven experience in portfolio management and market analysis

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong ability to co-operate, co-create, and establish strategies and processes to drive business success collaboratively in an international environment

• Strategic mindset, and a decisive approach to driving operational initiatives

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage confidently across all levels of the organization

• Willingness to travel internationally
