We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in the polymers additives portfolio across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of polymer additives with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Role OverviewThis role focuses on leading strategic initiatives to qualify replacement products, reduce dependency on key principals, and deliver innovative solutions to high-potential customers. The position requires extensive experience in polymers additives, a strong understanding of market dynamics in Western Europe, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers to achieve sustainable growth in P&R and CASE sectors.
