Graphic Design Intern (All Genders)

Overview

BIOWEG is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the development of our corporate identity, marketing materials and technical communication. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to design visually engaging brochures, presentations and other materials that reflect our brand and mission.

If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail and want hands-on experience in a dynamic biotech startup, this internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to BIOWEG’s brand presence.

Your Role

• Design visually compelling brochures, presentations and marketing materials
• Support the revamp and maintenance of BIOWEG’s corporate identity across digital and print channels
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and R&D teams to transform complex scientific information into clear, engaging visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Assist in creating digital content, including social media graphics and website visuals
• Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling and brand communication

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with technical brochures, decks or similar materials is a plus
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information visually
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
• Enthusiasm for sustainability, biotech and innovation-driven projects
