For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking a Working Student for Application Customer Support (m/f/d).
Your Tasks - as important as our Software:
Assist customers with software application inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Document customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system (Salesforce)
Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain our Customer Portal (based on Salesforce) and create required reports
Conduct basic software diagnostics and troubleshooting based on FAQs to identify root causes of problems
Participate in the development and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs
Contribute to team projects aimed at improving service quality and customer experience
Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
Interest in software applications and customer support
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, German skills are a plus
Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
An open and team-oriented personality enhances our collaborative environment
Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with the option to increase hours during semester breaks. We will coordinate your schedule to support your academic commitments
