As an ISV partner of Salesforce, we are looking for YOU as an experienced Salesforce Developer & Consultant for our Professional Service team to develop, customize and implement smart solutions for Field Service. You will work closely with our customers, find out what they really need and ensure smooth integration, automation and optimization of our solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with our customers, find out what they really need and ensure smooth integration, automation and optimization of our solutions on the Salesforce platform.
What we wish for...
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Understanding of Salesforce connected apps
- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Copado/Flosum for DevOps).
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I, II, Salesforce Javascript and Salesforce admin) preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- We require very good German and English language skills.

- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Design and implement custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.), and third-party connectors.
- Collaborate with business analysts and consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing system enhancements.
- Follow best practices for code quality, security, and version control (Git, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical documentation and end-user training when necessary.
- Provide meaningful unit tests and coverage.
