SENIOR VIDEO CREATOR
Avnet is currently recruiting a Senior Video Creator to join them in our Poing (near Munich) office.
As a collaborative team member and working alongside the various company marketing teams in EMEA, you will also work with the
global Avnet team, ensuring a consistent look and feel of our brand.
As a Senior Video Creator, you blend traditional design skills with motion and video expertise to produce dynamic visual content for
marketing and communication purposes. Working in our in-house agency, you play a vital role in maintaining brand consistency while
creating engaging motion graphics, animated assets, and video-driven content.

What will you be doing in more detail?
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand
project goals and target audiences.
• Conceptualize video ideas and develop scripts.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage.
• Ensure technical quality, including framing, focus, exposure, and sound.
• Edit video footage, add music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs, maintaining brand guide-
lines.
• Collaborate on campaign visuals, presentations, and promotional
materials.
• Managing project details and developing daily activities to ensure the
project is on-plan as defined.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly
video programs and relevant AI tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
Our Successful Candidate needs to have:
• Proven knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of disci-
pline.
• Competence in all job functions and a general understanding of the in-
dustry practices, techniques and standards.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After
Effects).
• Proficiency in Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, and sound
design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and timing in
animation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects si-
multaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual story-
telling.
• Ability to collaborate with management and team members within the
department/function and other areas of the organization.
