At Aroundhome, we are dedicated to making data the foundation of our product strategy and business decisions. To drive this further, we are building up a department of Product Analytics to tackle the most challenging tasks from the business and user side, improve processes and tools, and drive data excellence across the organization.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into valuable insights, helping our domain teams make informed, data-driven decisions before building new features.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science)
Proven experience (3+ years) in a product analytics role, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment, partnering closely with product managers and engineering teams to guide feature development
Hands-on experience accompanying the full product development lifecycle — from discovery and ideation to rollout, experimentation, and post-launch analysis
Strong understanding of Product Analytics, including user behavior analysis, and proven ability to independently design, set up, and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) with a good understanding of statistical methods/analysis and experimentation logic
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.) as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
Understanding of data infrastructure, data governance, and data engineering concepts
Experience supporting self-service analytics initiatives and empowering cross-functional teams with data access
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hybrid Work // Stay flexible: We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the autonomy of remote work with purposeful in-person collaboration. If you are not based in Berlin, we appreciate it if you’re generally open to coming to our office occasionally - for example, for team days, workshops, or important meetings. Additionally, we offer you the possibility to work up to 30 days per year from selected EU countries.
Room to grow // Stay curious: In regular/annual feedback meetings, you design your own personal development path together with your team lead. In addition, we offer monthly Tech Talks, an annual training budget, as well as great workshops to seek new input and specific training for your personal development.
Mental & physical health // Stay healthy & active: We care about your well-being and support your health with a discounted membership at Urban Sports Club. In addition, our cooperation partner “Fürstenberg Institute” is available to you and your family members with advice and support when it comes to mental health & coaching.
Taking responsibility // We #care: We care for our planet and the people who are living on it. To make our world a little bit better, our ESG Team (Environmental, Social & Governance) promotes our awareness for environmentally friendly behavior. In addition, we work with JobRad, offer a discounted BVG ticket, and actively support social projects in Berlin at our annual Social Day to give something back.
Teamspirit // Stay connected: What drives us is our sense of community. That's why we celebrate our Company Day once a month in our office at Potsdamer Platz, where everyone gets together in person. In addition to a comprehensive update of our C-Board, the main focus is on togetherness and the exchange of ideas over lunch and dinner together.
