Role description
As a Quality Control (QC) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and final products meet the company’s quality standards. In this role, you will conduct inspections, monitor critical control points, and maintain accurate quality documentation to support product excellence and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in safeguarding product quality throughout the production lifecycle while ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
Your Mission
- Incoming Material Inspection – Conduct incoming material inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- In-Process Quality Control – Perform quality controls throughout production activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- CCP & OPRP Monitoring – Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs) during production.
- Final Product Inspection – Complete final inspections of products before release.
- Quality Documentation Management – Prepare, verify, and release quality documentation for outgoing products and samples.
- Task & Project Execution – Execute tasks, projects, and policies assigned by superiors and management to achieve organizational goals.
- Compliance & Safety Adherence – Adhere to established rules, regulations, workplace discipline, and safety procedures at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Chemistry/Food Technology/Biology/Agro industrial technology, and other related fields.
- Excellent academic performance with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of GCMS, NIR, density meter, refractometer, and photometric determination is an advantage.
