As a Junior Office Manager, you help create a well-organized and welcoming environment for our 350+ employees. Working closely with the Office team, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support colleagues with office-related needs, and contribute to a positive workplace experience. From managing supplies and coordinating services to organizing events and welcoming guests, you keep everything running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership while growing into their own projects.

Together with the Office team, you are responsible for the well-being of our 350+ employees and creating a supportive work environment for them
You’re the contact person for all colleagues with any office-related questions or requests
You keep things in order and are always aware of what’s needed to maintain a great office environment
You monitor stock levels of office supplies, food & drinks, and make timely orders to ensure that essentials are always available
You help to organize exciting events, from team get-togethers to big celebrations like our annual Christmas party
You coordinate repairs and maintenance in the office as well as cleaning services
You welcome national and international guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and prepare meeting rooms accordingly
Depending on your experience and interests, take over responsibility for your own projects
You like to help and are service- and solution-oriented
You are engaged, proactive, and you like to take over responsibility for your own projects
You love working in a team and jumping in where a hand is needed
You know how to keep yourself organized and can adjust multiple tasks flexibly
You are diligent and enjoy bringing things into order - whether it’s organizing events, sorting things out, or stocking our office fridges
You have an eye for the small details, always ensuring that nothing is left unchecked or forgotten
You have experience from working in the hospitality or gastronomy area or in offices
You communicate very openly and transparently with native-level German and fluent English abilities
You know how to use common communication tools
