As part of the B2C Marketing & Conversion Tribe, you lead a Customer Acquisition team of SEO, Automation, and Inbound Marketing experts.
Your goal is the long-term optimization of advertising costs. Together with your team and key stakeholders, you develop a forward-looking acquisition strategy and define the roadmap for your domain.
You manage our Paid Marketing accounts with a focus on maximum automation.
You drive Partnership Marketing by steering affiliate agencies and directly managing major partnerships. You will further intensify the acquisition-side collaboration with our shareholders ADAC, ANWB, and TCS.
You break down silos between disciplines and work closely with the Retention team to optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). You leverage interfaces with Product, BI & Data to deeply anchor automation, AI, and data-driven marketing within the organization.
You act as the primary lead for the B2B Tribe regarding the achievement of media traffic targets.
You have 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically in Affiliate & Partnership Marketing. You have a proven track record of operationally managing large-scale ads accounts with 7-figure budgets.
You have some experience leading smaller teams.
You are technically proficient, understand web tracking, and have a clear vision of how automation and AI can take your field to the next level.
You can structure complex topics and present or discuss them fluently in both German and English.
You possess a "can-do" mentality, drive projects independently, and see ambitious goals as a personal motivator.
