WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Within our unit Treasury & Master Data, we offer you the opportunity to gain insights into corporate banking contact as well as support other front-/middle-office activities within a diverse and international team. For our Front & Middle Office teams, we are looking for an Officer/Specialist, depending on your experience.
- In this role, you are responsible for the daily contact with our banks, handling bank inquiries and providing feedback to our stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you act as the first contact for our service recipients in the local BASF companies, as well as for other departments such as Order to Cash, Book to Report and Human Resources.
- You ensure that executed transactions comply with the global Treasury guidelines, follow the defined strategy and sustainably contribute to Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering efforts.
- Lastly, you support our Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) activities and contribute to mandatory reports required by the Central Banks in countries where we operate.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- vocational training or completed degree with focus on Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Business or related fields
- work experience in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or the banking sector is a plus
- knowledge of MS Office and first experiences with SAP or other ERP systems
- analytical skills and technical affinity, first experience in VBA is beneficial
- fluent in English, further languages skills (German, Turkish, Russian, Italian, etc.) are an advantage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 40.000 - 46.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications - in addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
