Join comstruct’s Go to Market team and help shape how we bring innovation to one of the world’s largest industries, construction. As a GTM Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, turning data, creativity and persistence into real customer impact.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.
What you will be building 🏗️
Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B prospects from the construction industry by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule discovery calls
Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify potential customers, build outreach campaigns and create engagement with key decision-makers
Support comstruct’s Go-to-Market initiatives by researching new customer segments, analyzing target markets and helping to refine our sales strategy
Collaborate with the GTM team to track results, improve CRM data quality and optimize our lead generation processes
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and digitalization initiatives within the construction space
What you need to succeed ✨
Passion for B2B software sales and a strong interest in startups, SaaS and digital transformation
Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn how Go-to-Market and Sales strategies work in fast-scaling companies
Analytical and structured working style, combined with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in German (C2 required) and English. You enjoy connecting with people and explaining complex topics simply
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay is a plus, but not required
Team-oriented attitude – you’re motivated to take ownership and contribute to a growing organization
