As a (Senior) Finance Business Integration Manager (f/m/d) you act as the bridge between product, business, and finance, ensuring alignment on all finance-related requirements for new features and product releases. The role includes coordinating finance inputs across teams and driving clear communication throughout the release process as well as ensuring that new features are launched smoothly, including all necessary finance documentation.
Your tasks:Interface between business/product and finance in terms of new features and products (equivalent to a product manager)
Main contact person and coordinator of the finance aspect of the release process Gathering subject-specific requirements from finance departments
Pipeline maintenance and management and prioritization
Documenting all finance-related matters in connection with new products and features Continuous improvement of the process
A sound understanding of accounting and management accounting (no specialist knowledge required)
An affinity for technology and platforms and the willingness to understand our business and our platform
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
The ability to grasp and map finance-related processes and requirements holistically, and to identify challenges at an early stage
Working experiences in small or mid-size companies
An eye for potential automation
Very good written and spoken English. German desirable
