We are seeking a MIS Analyst responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven management information, while leveraging Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot to automate reporting workflows and enhance analytical depth for leadership decision-making.

Own end-to-end MIS reporting across GPO functions (Hire to Retire process).

Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for leadership, including trends and variance analysis.

Develop advanced Excel and VBA-based MIS solutions for data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and automated reporting.

Automate data extraction, consolidation, refresh, and report distribution using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

Leverage Microsoft Copilot to generate executive summaries, insights, and variance commentary.

Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and governance controls across all MIS outputs.

Perform root-cause and trend analysis to highlight risks and improvement opportunities.

Partner with key stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve data gaps.

Reduce manual MIS effort through automation, standardization, and AI enablement.

Maintain documentation, version control, and UAT support for MIS processes.
