Role Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for BeReal and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits

Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy

Lead up to 2/3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density

Analyze your team鈥檚 performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs

Profile

You have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
