In this role, you will be part of the Tissue Machines Sales Support and Order Management Team, working closely with Sales, Technology, and Product Management to ensure high‑quality, competitive and technically sound offers for our customers. This position is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys technical analysis, teamwork, and supporting sales activities in an international environment.

Additional possible locations: Lodz, Jelenia Góra (Poland)
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will contribute weekly to activities supporting both the Tissue Capital and Service business areas:

Perform cost estimation activities for Air system TU products, including updates to cost calculation tools and Excel-based models.

Prepare proposals for tissue capital and service business area

Support Sales Managers by analysing customer Request for Quotations and providing technically aligned and competitive solutions.

Collaborate with Technology, Product Management and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, technical validation, and competitiveness of all proposals.

Participate in occasional customer visits or sales meetings worldwide.
Expectations for You:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Paper Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in engineering roles (mechanical, automation, or related).

Knowledge of air systems technology for tissue is a strong advantage.

Excellent command of Excel and confidence working with numbers and cost models.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Fluent English, spoken and written.

Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
