We鈥檙e looking for a People Experience Advisor Intern to join our Shared Services Center in Lisbon and support our global People Experience team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices, contribute to international HR operations, and help shape the future of employee experience at Unit4.
What You鈥檒l Do
As a People Experience Advisor Intern, you鈥檒l:

Support administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, time and absence,聽offboarding, document generation, etc.

Support payroll tasks, such as inputs preparation, gross to net analysis, payroll approval, etc.

Handle employee queries with professionalism and clarity.

Learn and follow standardized聽operational processes, escalating complex matters to experienced聽Advisors and Payroll Specialists.

Assist with data entry and maintenance in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Help build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with People Experience聽colleagues across regions to ensure consistency in support delivery.
