You will be integral in shaping the customer experience and improving our products and services, providing you with a deep understanding of application functionality and customer needs.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level technical support to new and existing users of Tekla Structures to solve complex industry challenges.

Develop and execute live training sessions and create impactful learning materials for customers and internal staff.

Provide technical onboarding and after-sales-care to our customers as required

Provide technical and pre-sales support to our sales team

Be an expert in demonstrations of Tekla Structures to showcase software value to our customers.

Contribute to the localization of Tekla Structures software to support industry standards and specific customer needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
-
Structural engineering degree or qualification or relevant qualitative experience in the construction industry.

Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures software.
-
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Bonus Points For:

Knowledge of Trimble Connect and model sharing.

Experience with other 3D modeling software
-
Experience with process development within the construction industry.
