We are looking to hire a聽Designer聽who聽will join a UX team supporting a leading US financial services client within the Wealth Management domain, contributing to the design and continuous improvement of mobile and web platforms. The role focuses on delivering user-centered, high-quality digital experiences in a highly regulated environment with a mature design system. You will collaborate closely with client-side product teams while also being part of a broader global design organization, working on strategic enhancements and applying UX/UI best practices, with strong emphasis on mobile experience and AI-supported design workflows.聽

**Key Responsibilities聽**

Navigate analytical and intuitive design thinking to translate business needs and requirements into engaging customer-focused experiences聽聽

Create simple, user-centered experiences grounded in research, usability principles, and Human-Centered Design best practices聽

Manage and produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, final design assets, and experiences聽

Define and聽maintain聽scalable design patterns and contribute to design system consistency across products and services聽

Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and project scope聽

Ensure that design team members understand the requirements presented by business analysts and product owners聽

**Required Experience & Qualifications聽**

聽5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development environment聽

Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, UX methodologies, and user research techniques聽

Proven experience creating information architecture, user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs聽

Strong portfolio聽demonstrating聽analytical thinking, UX process, and聽native mobile聽solutions聽

Proficiency聽with design and collaboration tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro,聽FigJam, Whimsical, Mural, or similar聽

Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences聽

Strong communication聽and presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions聽

Experience聽validating聽ideas and improving solutions through user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights聽

Familiarity with AI-powered tools and features including Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies聽
