We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Partner to join our Tech Consulting organization in Finland. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting strategic business goals through strong HR partnership, organizational development, and people-focused initiatives.
You will work closely with business leaders across a dynamic consulting environment, contributing to HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling a high-performing and engaging workplace culture.

Your responsibilities

Partner with leaders and managers on strategic and operational HR matters

Advise and support managers and employees in areas such as organizational development, performance management, employee relations, talent management, and change management

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives

Lead or participate in cross-functional and cross-country HR initiatives and projects

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, practices, and employee experience

Support organizational transformation, workforce planning, and capability development

Use data and business insight to support decision-making and people-related strategies

Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the organization

Build strong internal networks and act as an HR expert and sparring partner within your area of responsibility
What we are looking for

Several years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Partner role, preferably within consulting, technology, or other fast-paced expert organizations

Strong understanding of modern HR practices and employment legislation in Finland

Ability to handle complex HR topics with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment

Proven experience supporting leaders in organizational change and business transformation

Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Commercial mindset and strong understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions

Experience working in international or matrix organizations is considered an advantage
