**About the role **
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the business both locally and globally, with a primary focus on the Norwegian market. You will drive transformational HR initiatives, lead union stakeholder dialogue, and support business growth, while also contributing to global HR projects and ways of working.Â
You will be part of a global HR team supporting our Banking as a Platform (BaaP) unit, which delivers mission‑critical core banking solutions to Norwegian banks. The unit consists of more than 700 employees and 60 leaders and plays a vital role in ensuring innovation, stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the financial sector.Â
This role offers the opportunity to operate independently, influence how HR works in a changing environment, and help shape future people processes while building on what already works well.Â
You will report to the HR Business Partner for BaaP, reporting into the Global People & Culture Lead for Banktech.Â

Act as a trusted strategic HR partner to senior leaders, representing HR as a credible and influential advisorÂ

Drive organizational transformation and people‑related change in complex environmentsÂ

Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen people leadership, performance, and decision‑makingÂ

Lead and contribute to local and global HR initiatives, providing hands‑on support across performance management, salary reviews, and workforce planningÂ

Use people data and insights to support talent, succession planning, and risk awarenessÂ

Ensure compliant and effective people practices by applying Norwegian labour law, collective agreements, and union collaboration, while continuously improving HR ways of working in close collaboration with HR OperationsÂ

Who you are:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceÂ

Experienced HR professional with solid knowledge of Norwegian labour law and union stakeholder managementÂ

Proven experience working in an international and matrixed environmentÂ

Strong interest and experience in change management and HR‑related projectsÂ

Proactive and solution‑oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute work in a structured mannerÂ

Comfortable taking ownership and driving work independently, while collaborating effectively with othersÂ

Resilient and able to stay focused and balanced in periods of change or high activityÂ

Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levelsÂ

Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spokenÂ
