Responsibilities

Promote and sell BICS as a leading international Messaging Hub for traffic worldwide.

Manage messaging relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio and optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities.

Perform daily monitoring of customer traffic, win-back actions, promotions, and related commercial activities.

Facilitate cross-selling opportunities with customers.

Negotiate termination rates with existing accounts to maintain competitive cost structures for outbound traffic.

Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes, including fraud management activities.

Monitor traffic volumes daily to prevent illegal termination, AIT, and other fraudulent activities.

Participate in and coordinate investigations of fraud cases together with customers and suppliers within the assigned portfolio.

Ensure proper implementation of commercial relations within the operational framework and support effective cooperation with internal teams.

Coordinate financial, technical, legal, and administrative matters related to the messaging business, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and contracts.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.

Hands-on experience in telecom wholesale messaging, with strong focus on A2P SMS (SMS hub / aggregators), and solid understanding of routing, termination, pricing dynamics, and global messaging ecosystem.

Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Experience working with international customers.

Ability to travel abroad several times per year for conferences and business events.
