To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager in Scaffolding (m/f/d) based in the Düsseldorf area.
Your mission
You will be responsible for
-
Commercial and technical project management of scaffolding construction projects
-
Preparing bids and cost estimates
-
Contract negotiations with clients
-
Managing the field crew
-
Contract negotiations and oversight of subcontractors
-
Customer service and new business development
-
Ensuring optimal resource utilization, particularly of materials and personnel
Your profile
You have
-
a degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or alternatively, an apprenticeship as a construction technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or the construction industry
-
Alternatively, you have completed advanced training as a certified scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) or master scaffolder (m/f/d) with professional experience and the potential to become a project manager (m/f/d)

Knowledge of contract law and the VOB

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as a high level of commitment

Interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to lead employees

An independent, conscientious, and reliable work ethic

Computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office
