As a BI Project Lead, you will play a central role in scoping, aligning, and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-impact analytics solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of executive-level dashboarding projects for major public sector clients, ensuring that complex data is transformed into actionable, high-fidelity insights for senior leadership.
Your Tasks

Structured Delivery Management: Define and manage realistic project and resource plans within fast-moving environments. You will ensure milestones are met through a disciplined approach to scope management and quality control.

Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between technical squads and senior business stakeholders. You will manage expectations and ensure project objectives are clearly understood and approved by all parties.

Requirement & Design Orchestration: Lead the requirement-gathering phase, ensuring a "design-first" approach. You will coordinate with UI/UX and functional teams to ensure prototypes are validated before full-scale development begins.

Full-Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee the entire BI lifecycle—from data ingestion and modelling on cloud platforms to the final deployment of visualization tools.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee the high quality of BI solutions by overseeing rigorous testing phases (UAT), ensuring that the final product aligns perfectly with business-validated data and design standards.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical dependencies, or scope risks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
What do we expect from you?

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field with a strong interest in Business Intelligence.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in the BI field, with a proven track record of leading project teams through complex, large-scale implementations.

Public Sector Exposure: Experience working with government entities or large-scale public organizations, particularly in the Middle East, is highly valued.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of Modern Data Stack architectures (Cloud Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT processes).

Extensive experience with leading BI Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with design-led development and prototyping tools.

Functional Literacy: Ability to comfortably discuss KPIs and business processes across domains such as Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.
